Micro-Grants Available for Nonprofit Staff and Board in East Central Illinois
GoodWORKSconnect offers micro-grants of up to $1,500 for attendance by nonprofit staff and board members at trainings and professional development programs of their own choosing. Grant funds may be used to defray the cost of attending programs targeted at improving the management, governance, and leadership of the applicant organization. Micro-grants are awarded twice a year. The next submission deadline will be in mid-February, 2012. Visit goodWORKSconnect.org in early January, 2012 for the specific deadline date.
